Busybee Creations provides curated and bespoke gifting services. Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our offerings, all confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.

• Personalized, branded, or specially sourced items cannot be cancelled or refunded once procurement or customization has begun.
• If any item is received damaged or missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs so we can arrange a suitable resolution.
• Busybee Creations is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or courier delays beyond our control.
• Any exceptions are reviewed at our discretion.

Busybee Creations schedules deliveries in accordance with client requirements and event timelines.

• As each order is curated and personalized, preparation and delivery timelines may vary. Urgent deliveries may be accommodated subject to feasibility and additional charges.
• Clients must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or courier delays beyond our control.
• International deliveries may be arranged upon request. Applicable customs duties and regulations are the recipient’s responsibility.
